Product Description: Timeless elegance begins with the distinctive Princeton wooden grandfather clock. This graceful timepiece evokes the qualities of a true antique. Its slightly distressed Hampton Cherry finish evokes an aged, old-world aesthetic that sets it apart. With details like a swan neck pediment bearing a turned urn finial and a decorative shell overlay, it’s a standout from all angles.Distinctive Detailing: It’s the little touches that make this traditional clock so appealing. At the bottom is a decorative cutout that captures attention at a glance. Moving upward, you’ll find a hinged door flanked by classy columns that allow simple access to the movement. The dial is polished and finished in brass, bearing ornate corner spandrels, and a center disk. The latter features a silver chapter ring and Arabic numerals finished in black. The stationary midnight blue moon phase adds a touch of eye-catching elegance to the design.Behind the Door: The door is hinged, allowing for simple access to the movement and battery installation. On each side is a flawless, classically elegant column that adds a sense of grandeur to the piece. A glossy, polished brass-finished pendulum and decorative weights finish the look beautifully, while adjustable levelers beneath each corner offer stability on any surface. Heirloom nameplates are available for purchase.Quartz Movement: Quartz, triple-chime Harmonic movement plays your choice of full Westminster or Ave Maria chimes with strike on the hour with 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 chimes accordingly; Westminster chime and strike on the hour only; or Bim Bam chime on the hour only. There are volume control and automatic nighttime chime shut-off options.
